The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They even provided me with an adapter for my phone when I forgot to bring one for the Italian sockets. The hotel itself is just as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The location was great, with a 20-30 minute walk to anywhere in town. The neighborhood felt safe, even for two females. The locals were friendly and helpful. One highlight of my trip was visiting Pogliano a Mare, a stunning beach town just a short train ride away from Bari Centrale. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The pool is amazing, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a drink while reading. The breakfast was really good, with a plate of sweets and fruit each morning and a buffet with a variety of hot food, cereal, and snacks. The decor of the hotel is beautiful and adds to the overall experience. The toiletries provided were great and were replaced daily. The receptionists were very helpful and provided useful information about the area.

The stay was overall pleasant. the hotel offered free bicycles to explore the city. the breakfast included a variety of options, from pastries to hot dishes. the hotel was within walking distance to the historical center of the city, which had many romantic spots to enjoy.

The hotel seemed to have thin walls as we experienced a lot of noise from other rooms. the view from our room was unattractive, overlooking an unappealing area.

First-class facilities, walk to old town takes 15 min. Beautiful and interesting old town with lovely bars and restaurants.
