We definitely got great value for our money at Imperial. The room was fantastic, with a sea view and all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, and the staff treated us like VIPs.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The Imperial Hotel in Great Yarmouth was a charming seaside hotel with a modern and spotlessly clean seaview bedroom. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the cooked-to-order breakfast was delicious. The hotel was conveniently located near the beach and The Venetian Waterways.

We had a fantastic winter short break at this lovely hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the town centre and we enjoyed seeing the renovation work on the boating lake. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a great view of the waterways. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and we loved sitting on the terrace, overlooking the seafront. The hotel's quiet location was also a plus, but still conveniently close to entertainment options.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short stroll to the city center and a few yards away from the beach. The car park, although small, had available spaces when I arrived. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

The stairs and old lift with heavy doors were a bit inconvenient for people with mobility problems. The car park had limited space and was not exclusive to hotel patrons.

Lovely room with a very comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. First-class breakfast choice, service, and quality. Staff was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is in a nice location, with a traditional English design. The staff were friendly and attentive, accommodating our early breakfast request. Impressed with the delicious food in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast.

I had an exceptional experience during my recent stay at a seaside hotel in England. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was fantastic. Special mentions to Ralph, George, and Laura for their outstanding service. The hotel itself was brilliant, especially during the June heatwave, thanks to the air conditioning in my room. The food at 'The Terrace' was truly outstanding, especially the steak. I had a wonderful seaside holiday experience at this hotel.

Excellent staff, very friendly and welcoming. Allowed dogs, great food, especially the perfectly cooked steaks. Efficient service for breakfast. Will definitely return.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the seafront with easy access to the beach for walks. The off-street resident parking was a great bonus too. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with old-fashioned service that made us feel truly special. The room itself was lovely, with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had fantastic leisure facilities including a casino and a sun terrace. our experience here was completely wonderful and we received the best customer service.

We did have a minor issue with the room when we first arrived. We had booked a twin room, but the beds were pushed together as a double bed and couldn't be separated.

We stayed at Imperial for our 39th wedding anniversary and had a fantastic time. The hotel staff were excellent and made our celebration truly special. The room was lovely, with a stunning sea view and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was great. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options and friendly service. The location was perfect, right on the seafront and within walking distance of shops. The highlight was definitely the fabulous restaurant - the food was absolutely divine. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the cozy and festive atmosphere at the hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special. the traditional Christmas dinner was absolutely delicious and definitely a highlight of our trip. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and a lovely promenade. We enjoyed taking long walks by the sea and exploring the nearby attractions.

One small downside was the limited parking space at the hotel. It was a bit challenging to find a spot, especially during busy times.
