Had a nice time during the xmas holidays. Loved the free minibar and fast WiFi. the location was perfect as it was close to the main attractions, shopping area, and restaurants. enjoyed the breakfast which was included in the room price and had a good variety of options.

The staff was not very friendly or welcoming during the stay. the room was quite small and cramped for my family and the beds were not very comfortable.

They even welcomed us with a bottle of Tuscany red wine to celebrate our honeymoon. I highly recommend Milu hotel for a visit to Florence.

We had the best decision ever to spend all four nights at this hidden gem in the heart of Tuscany. As soon as we stepped inside Hotel Milu, we were transported to a gallery of modern, eclectic art. It was a neat contrast to the city and a feature that our minds and eyes truly appreciated after days of heavy Renaissance. the location is perfect, just a short walk from all the major sights in the area. the staff, including Bruno, Eva, Sara, and Cristella. They helped us with reservations, provided recommendations, and even assisted with shipping our bottles of wine back home. We felt like we were home away from home thanks to their outstanding service. Milu hotel will definitely be our choice every time we're back in the area.

This place is truly amazing. The location is superb, right in the heart of the city. I could walk to all the key places in just minutes. It's a bit of a respite in a busy city.
