We had the best decision ever to spend all four nights at this hidden gem in the heart of Tuscany. As soon as we stepped inside Hotel Milu, we were transported to a gallery of modern, eclectic art. It was a neat contrast to the city and a feature that our minds and eyes truly appreciated after days of heavy Renaissance. The location is perfect, just a short walk from all the major sights in the area. The staff, including Bruno, Eva, Sara, and Cristella. They helped us with reservations, provided recommendations, and even assisted with shipping our bottles of wine back home. We felt like we were home away from home thanks to their outstanding service. Milu hotel will definitely be our choice every time we're back in the area.

This place is truly amazing. The location is superb, right in the heart of the city. I could walk to all the key places in just minutes. It's a bit of a respite in a busy city. The complimentary mini-bar in the room, filled each day, was a nice touch. And the coffee/tea available at the top floor was a great way to start the day. The staff was also exceptional, always there to assist and provide good tips. They made me feel welcome and attended to my every need. The service here was top-notch.
