Best aspects of my stay were the stunning views and the beautiful gardens. the hotel is perched on a cliff, offering breathtaking vistas in all directions. the gardens are meticulously maintained and rival those of European palaces. Another advantage was the prime location. the hotel is conveniently situated as a jumping-off point for exploring nearby towns and attractions. Additionally, the infinity pool was a highlight.

Worst aspects were some of the staff at breakfast. They seemed rude and agitated, giving off the impression that they were not interested in making my experience perfect.

The hotel itself has so much character and history, beautifully restored and with immaculate gardens and an infinity pool. The breakfast was one of the best we had during our two-week tour of Italy. The hotel also offers a great shuttle service to explore nearby Amalfi, Capri, and Sorrento. The location is perfect, surrounded by the essence of Italy and with breathtaking views from every angle.

The restaurant staff went above and beyond to meet our regular and special requests, creating personalized breakfast meals and providing recommendations for local vine discoveries. The SPA infrastructure and procedures were top-notch, and the swimming pool on the edge of the mountain was a breathtaking experience. We were pleasantly surprised by the room preparation for the night, with the right music selection and even live harp music during breakfast. this was the best hotel we have ever stayed at in the area.

The location was amazing, you could see the sea from the room. the breakfast buffet was delicious and there was a great variety of options to choose from. the staff was welcoming and friendly, always helping out with anything needed.

There were not many options for dinner in the nearby area, so having to eat at the hotel every night became a bit repetitive. the Wi-Fi signal in the room was poor and it was difficult to connect.
