We had a fantastic stay at Maria Del Mar Tulum. The location was perfect, being nestled between the hotel zone and Tulum Beach area. We enjoyed the convenience of being close to great restaurants and bars. The hotel itself was beautiful, with spacious rooms and a lovely pool. The staff, particularly Carol at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay easy and enjoyable. The pool and beach area were also great, with attentive service from the staff at the connected restaurant, Mina. we loved our time at Maria Del Mar Tulum and would highly recommend it.

The only minor downside was the limited food and drink options available at the hotel. The restaurant, Mina, while delicious, was a bit expensive compared to other places in the area.

Exceptional! The hotel had a beautiful boutique atmosphere with friendly staff. The room was impeccably clean. Although vegan options for breakfast were limited, the staff went above and beyond to make me delicious dairy-free pancakes. The hotel mentioned plans to have dairy-free bread in the future, which shows their commitment to accommodating all dietary needs. Despite the water going off twice during my stay, the hotel's prime beach location and proximity to restaurants make it one of the best spots in Tulum. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We loved the location of the hotel as it was biking distance to popular attractions. Our room was spacious and the shower had great water pressure. The lounge and pool areas were well-maintained and comfortable. We appreciated the filtered water provided in the room. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is amazing, as it is right in front of the sea and has access to a second beach. Additionally, it is quite close to some amazing restaurants in the beach area and is near to some good beach clubs. Rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds, and the rooftop deck offers a nice view.

Some guests complained of staff invasion of personal space and inconsistency with amenities provided.

I had an incredible experience at this luxurious hotel! The staff here were absolutely amazing, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were extremely friendly and willing to assist with any request. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to both Tulum Town and nearby attractions like the Tulum Ruins and Playa Paraiso. I highly recommend taking advantage of the bike rentals to explore these places! The private beach and spacious pool were both stunning and provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Plus, the added bonus of iguanas roaming around the property added a touch of uniqueness to my stay.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. It has it all - a great location, friendly staff, and beautiful amenities.

The hotel has a fantastic pool, spacious rooms, and a private beach area. It is conveniently located near local restaurants and has easy access to beautiful beaches 1 km away. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and happy to assist with any requests. The massage package at the spa was wonderful, with excellent masseuses.

The pool, staff, restaurant, and beaches were all amazing! Rooms decorated perfectly, kettle available for morning coffee or tea. Such a wonderful location with a private beach cove, close to amazing restaurants. Easy access to town, cenotes, and Mayan ruins by cab or bike.

Felt totally at home, nothing to complain about.

The swimming pool was a great addition, especially since the beach was not very appealing. the location near shops and boutiques was convenient, although getting a taxi for dinner was necessary. the rooftop deck was a favorite spot to unwind and enjoy the view.

Our personal space was invaded numerous times during our stay. the constant entrance of people into our room, including the concierge for unnecessary checks, made us uncomfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff made our experience unforgettable with their helpfulness and warmth. The hotel facilities, including the pool and the top deck with hammocks, provided a great way to relax and admire the beautiful view of the ocean. The location by the beach allowed us easy access to the stunning beaches in the area, including a nearby beach that was free from seaweed. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served at the hotel's restaurant.

the room was spacious and clean, with a double aspect terrace offering stunning sea views. the shower room even had a view of the sea! the peaceful and tranquil atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax. the staff were incredibly helpful, recommending fantastic places to eat that we wouldn't have discovered otherwise. the facilities were excellent, and our room was always beautifully cleaned. our experience at Maria Del Mar Tulum was fantastic.
