Not one thing.

We stayed at a fantastic hotel right next door to the Convention Center. The location was perfect, right in the center of downtown. We loved the fact that we could order a coffee, a beer, or a burger from the friendliest bartenders we have ever met, all in the hotel itself. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. We felt safe and secure inside the hotel at night, thanks to the locked doors. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

As a budget traveler, I loved the convenience of the hotel's location next to the America Center. It saved us the hassle of parking and moving our car during our two-day event. The staff at the bistro were awesome, and we enjoyed the food so much that we didn't even leave to go out for dinner. The bedding provided was great, and the room had plenty of storage space for our clothes and bags. The immediate hot water and efficient air conditioning made our stay very comfortable. Having a fridge with a freezer compartment was also a plus. Despite not having a pool, the view from the 22nd floor was still nice.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved my stay at this Courtyard hotel. The King Suite was amazing, with a spacious and chic design, complete with a bar area. The room was clean, quiet, and had ample closet space. The service from the staff was exceptional, and the General Manager, Aaron, was responsive and helpful. I appreciated the personalized touches like my name displayed on the TV screen. The USB outlets were convenient for recharging my phone, and the detailed instructions for the coffee machine were a nice touch. the facilities and amenities provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
