Limited options for breakfast, which became repetitive after a few days. Inconsistent housekeeping service, as some days my room was not cleaned thoroughly.

The hotel never felt crowded, and it was a great spot to relax and enjoy a drink after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, and delicious pastries. We would definitely recommend staying at this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable experience in Florence.

The room and bathroom were spacious and the price was cheaper than other 4-star hotels in the city. The location was close to the river Arno and the area was clean and quiet. The atmosphere was cozy and diffusers provided a nice smell in the entrance area.

I loved the beautiful location of this hotel. It was situated by the riverside, in a garden-like atmosphere, making it a nice, quiet area to stay in. Despite being on the quiet side of town, it was within walking distance of everything, allowing me to explore the city easily. The cleanliness of the hotel was also notable, as the rooms and bathrooms were big and well-maintained.

The room and bathroom were spacious, and the price was surprisingly affordable. Despite being a bit far from the city center, the walk was enjoyable and allowed us to explore more. The hotel grounds were beautiful and the inside was tastefully decorated. a great place to stay in Florence.

We stayed at Palazzo Montebello for our honeymoon and were delighted with our experience. The staff warmly greeted us and upgraded us to a spacious suite. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of all the attractions. The restaurant served delicious food, and it was a bonus to have outdoor seating to relax in. We also appreciated the affordable price and the excellent service provided by the staff.

The hotel room had a great design and beautiful colors. the location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. to this, the breakfast service staff was very polite and they remembered our choice for the next day.

The hotel's amenities were not up to a five-star standard. the water temperature was impossible to adjust, the shower drainage was malfunctioning and the toilet flushing was ineffective.

The hotel was clean and inviting, with exceptional staff taking care of all our needs. The property was well maintained and in a great location, close enough to walk to the main attractions. Breakfast buffet was a perfect way to start the day.
