During my Christmas stay, there were two standout features that I really liked. the rooms were spacious and well-updated, with everything you need for an extended weekend or longer stay. It felt like a home away from home. the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman who checked us in. He was professional and informative, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the location of the hotel was key, providing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

It would have been nice if there were cups, spoons, bowls, and cookware provided, instead of having to purchase them from the lobby shop. the elevator situation was a bit inconvenient.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Huntersville. The location was fantastic, just a short 15-minute drive from CLT airport and close to Lake Norman. We loved having a Publix grocery store and shops/restaurants within walking distance. The room exceeded our expectations, with a comfortable bed, a full studio kitchen equipped with a fridge, stove top, microwave. The shower had a spa head which was a nice touch. The front desk staff was friendly and check-in was quick. We also appreciated the 24/7 availability of good coffee. The hotel even had packaged food and real dishes for purchase in case we forgot something. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
