The room and bathroom were spacious and the price was cheaper than other 4-star hotels in the city. The location was close to the river Arno and the area was clean and quiet. The atmosphere was cozy and diffusers provided a nice smell in the entrance area.

I loved the beautiful location of this hotel. It was situated by the riverside, in a garden-like atmosphere, making it a nice, quiet area to stay in. Despite being on the quiet side of town, it was within walking distance of everything, allowing me to explore the city easily. The cleanliness of the hotel was also notable, as the rooms and bathrooms were big and well-maintained.

The hotel room had a great design and beautiful colors. , the location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. to this, the breakfast service staff was very polite and they remembered our choice for the next day.

The hotel's amenities were not up to a five-star standard. The water temperature was impossible to adjust, the shower drainage was malfunctioning and the toilet flushing was ineffective.

The hotel was clean and inviting, with exceptional staff taking care of all our needs. The property was well maintained and in a great location, close enough to walk to the main attractions. Breakfast buffet was a perfect way to start the day.
