The location of the cottage is excellent, with a variety of pub restaurants and a coffee shop just a short walk away. It also offers a lovely walk up to the South Downs Way right from the back door. the cottage is well equipped, with a well-furnished kitchen, comfortable beds, and a safe enclosed garden for dogs.

The second bedroom lacks storage options and may feel claustrophobic for some guests.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cosy cottage! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchen were well-equipped with everything we needed. The cottage itself was beautifully decorated with high-quality furnishings, and we appreciated the little touches like blankets and picnic rucksacks. Despite the unfortunate weather, the garden looked like a lovely spot to relax. The owner's quick response regarding a lost item was highly appreciated. The location was perfect for exploring Eastbourne and visiting family in Polgate. We couldn't fault anything about this wonderful cottage and will definitely be returning!

A jaw-droppingly cozy cottage with superb decor and underfloor heating. The stunning shower room and nearby pub were mind-blowing additions. The icing on the cake? It's dog-friendly with a great enclosed garden. We loved the beautiful walks in the Downs and the nearby seaside in Eastbourne. The thoughtful provision of basic amenities, luxurious towels, and Netflix made it a truly luxurious break. Denise and Craig were wonderfully friendly hosts, and the cottage was spotless. It was a truly amazing stay.

I stayed at the beautiful Cosy Flint Cottage for 2 nights during the Jazz Supreme festival. The cottage was tastefully decorated, clean, and well-equipped. The shower in the bathroom was excellent, and I loved the night time light sensor. The cottage's location had a village feel with the South Downs National Park nearby. The pub two doors down was a great dining option. Comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen, and thoughtful touches like blankets and picnic rucksacks made my stay perfect. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful cottage nestled in a charming village. The location was perfect, with great pub restaurants and a lovely coffee shop just a short walk away. The kitchen was well equipped and the shower was modern and refreshing. The bed was comfortable and we felt safe in the enclosed garden for our dogs. The hosts clearly put in a lot of effort to make guests feel welcome, with lots of extras and information about the local area readily available.

Parking could sometimes be a bit difficult due to the nearby pub, but we always managed to find a space within a few minutes' walk.
