I recently stayed at this luxury hotel and it exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, with easy access to transportation and popular attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Yana and Tanya at the restaurant who took great care of us. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch. I particularly loved the shower and the fact that they offered room service, which was surprisingly delicious. this place is a must-stay for anyone visiting this beautiful city.

The hotel's location is perfect - close to all attractions, next to a public boat station which is very convenient, and just in front of the Canal near Rialto. The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities are great, and the breakfast has plenty to choose from.

We had a great experience at this place. The location here was superb, right on Grand Canal, and we could easily move around the city by boat, as there was a vaporetto stop in front. The staff was extremely helpful, and we were welcomed with a refreshing drink. Our room was equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need, including a coffee machine, toaster and even a dishwasher. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from.

This hotel is perfectly located on the Grand Canal, just steps away from the famous Rialto Bridge. It offers easy access to the water shuttle stop of St Angelo, making transportation hassle-free. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. Guests can enjoy a delicious and varied breakfast, with high-quality ingredients. The hotel also boasts a lovely garden and a bar with a great selection of drinks.

The views from some rooms may be disappointing, as they overlook neighboring buildings rather than the Grand Canal.

Helpful and friendly staff, provided complimentary prosecco on arrival. Great sized rooms with comfy beds and nice bathrooms. Lovely garden for evening drinks. Neat, clean, and comfortable hotel with a luxurious feel. Excellent breakfast in a beautiful garden setting. Not only did I have a stunning view of the canal, but I was also just steps away from the vaporetto stop, making it super convenient to explore the city. The service at this place was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or recommendations I had. The room itself was incredibly comfortable and clean. I especially loved the attention to detail in the bathroom, with the hair dryer, slippers, and robe provided. The shower was also amazing! this place definitely provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The noise from the ferry terminal kept us up until midnight, and the connecting door to the next room made for a very restless night. the bar lacked atmosphere, and the lack of ironing facilities was frustrating.

There were a couple of aspects that I did not enjoy during my stay. the size of the room and toilet were very small for the price I paid.
