The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. the hotel is conveniently located in the city center, close to trains and boat docks. Additionally, the hotel provided a set breakfast menu with a good variety of options.

The rooms had limited lighting options and some strange artwork on the ceilings. the hotel was not well marked from the outside, making it difficult to find initially.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and trendy, with nice details everywhere. It was clear that a lot of thought went into the design by French architect Jean Nouvel, creating an intimate and sophisticated atmosphere. The location was perfect, right next to the train station and just across the river from the shopping mall. I also loved that it was near a park, providing a quiet and central location. The staff were extremely helpful and tried their best to fulfill any request I had. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.

Moody lighting made it difficult to see, especially at night. Bathroom steps were steep and short, which posed a safety hazard.

The Hotel Lucerne, part of the Autograph Collection, is a well-designed and centrally located boutique hotel. The rooms have a unique style with a touch of industrial elements, giving them a cool and modern feel. The staff was friendly and prompt in responding to our requests. We particularly enjoyed the large windows in our room, allowing for plenty of natural light. The hotel is also conveniently close to the train station and boat docks, making it easy to explore the city. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and stylish design.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to the heart of the city. The decor was unique and the amenities were top-notch. The staff were friendly and accommodating in every way. We especially loved the breakfast served 'afternoon tea' style on a cake stand. we highly recommend this hotel.
