The hotel staff, including Nadine, Gracia, and Dolores, were always ready to help with any tourist-related matters. The recently refurbished rooms with fantastic views of the Po River were a highlight. The room upgrade and welcome gift were much appreciated. The daily cleaning service and fresh amenities were top-notch. The delicious breakfast spread, with a variety of sausages, cheeses, pastries, and great coffee.
