We recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and we were truly impressed. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet area away from the main tourist center, yet conveniently located right above a taxi stand. This made it easy for us to get around and explore the city. The hotel offers excellent service, with amenities such as room service, dry cleaning, and a bell staff/porter to assist with our needs. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We also appreciated the sitting area and in-room safe for added comfort and convenience.

The breakfast buffet was awesome with fresh fruits and pastries - I loved the croissants with chocolate. the location was great, close to the train station and a walking distance to the city center. I enjoyed the spacious and comfortable rooms - the bed was unbelievably comfy.

The windows were too bad and I had to use earplugs because of the loud rattling tram outside. the bathrooms were outdated and the air conditioner was noisy.
