This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and the welcoming bar area. The staff was very helpful with my late check-in during my first stay. I highly recommend it! I'm coming back for the new year.

Request a room on a higher floor for stunning city views. it made my stay extra special despite some other limitations.

Incredible panoramic views from the 30th floor.

My stay was incredibly disappointing. The room size seemed exaggerated. it felt cramped and not as advertised. Upon arrival, I noticed the cleanliness was lacking, with stained floors that should have been addressed before my check-in. Despite being a high-level hotel, the furniture appeared worn and outdated, reflecting poorly on the overall experience.

the view was lovely, I suppose, but everything else was dreadful. My room was basically a closet, and they charged me for extra water! I also expected a welcome gift for the price I paid, but that didn’t happen. I almost thought about giving a good review until I realized how I was treated, absolutely unforgivable.

Ideally situated near the port and historical center, this hotel boasts stunning views from higher floors. Clean and comfortable, the Standard Double Room with Sea View provided one of the best mattresses I've ever experienced. Breakfast was good, enhancing the overall experience. Friendly staff made me feel welcomed during my stay.

Request a high-floor room for the best panoramic views and consider dining in-house at least once for excellent service and meal quality.

Excellent location made accessing attractions easy the room service was good and I appreciated the thoughtful birthday surprise with cake and champagne.

the views from the higher floors are seriously amazin! the staff was super friendly and helpful, always ready to give good advice. i loved the comfy vibe of the room, really clean too. breakfast was delish with a lot of choices, and they serve the best pesto ever! location is perfect for exploring naples, close to everything you need.

Had a clean room with good lighting, but breakfast was chaotic and not great. Although I enjoyed the nice sea view from my room, it didn’t quite match the promotional photos. I might consider returning for the view!

Staying here was a treat! The views from my room over the port were stunning. The staff was super friendly, and they even offered to make me coffee when I arrived late for breakfast. Only thing was, the gym was under renovation, so that was a bummer. Still, loved the comfy vibe!
