We had the most luxurious and pampered stay at this hotel. From the exclusive amenities like the steam room and outdoor swimming pool to the live entertainment and full body massages, all our needs were fulfilled. the spa centre was outstanding, with a relaxing atmosphere and professional treatments. the service was impeccable, with staff always available to assist. Our room was spacious, clean and with private facilities. the restaurant had delicious food and the breakfast served in-room was a special touch.

The location of the hotel did not have many nearby attractions and required transport to reach bigger towns. This, however, was a minor issue and did not affect our overall experience at the hotel.

The hotel was impeccably clean and well-decorated with attention to detail. The staff was attentive and helpful, making our romantic escape a memorable experience. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring nearby towns and cities, and we enjoyed being able to try regional cuisine in the hotel restaurant.

The prices for hotel services seemed quite high and unfortunately we couldn't justify spending that much money. We would have appreciated if some basic room service was included in the price.

The breakfast is delicious and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Guests have access to a SPA, although there is an additional cost. The location is great for day trips to nearby attractions such as Ontranto, Lecce, Gallipoli, and Ostuni.

Some services, such as the SPA entrance and room service, can be expensive.

Beautifully made palace, romantic and detailed, friendly and professional staff, delicious food and drinks, fantastic organized event.

For us it was ideal.
