Everything we needed was within a 5-minute walk, including shops, supermarkets, and gelato shops. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room service exceeded our expectations. Plus, the hotel's proximity to the metro and bus stations made exploring Rome convenient. We didn't face any language barriers, as everyone spoke good English.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway. The staff were amazing, always ready to help and make sure I had everything I needed. The food at the restaurant was superb, with a skilled chef and a delicious menu. The hotel, although a bit outdated, was still comfortable and everything worked perfectly. The beds were lovely, and I could request extra pillows which were promptly delivered. The free breakfast had a great selection, including bacon and eggs, and the restaurant staff made sure nothing was missing from the tables. I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with my stay.

The free drinks at the bar and the complimentary fruit in the room were a nice surprise. the hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and a variety of restaurants. Plus, the room had a great view of the city skyline.

The room was also quite small and not well-maintained, with some of the furniture showing signs of wear and tear. the noise from the nearby streets made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Only thing I would have asked for is a more lively atmosphere. As young party-going people, we would have loved to have a bar or some sort of entertainment at the hotel where we could hang out and have fun.

The room was decently sized with a lovely wide window, and the bathroom was clean and had a nice shower. There are also excellent restaurants nearby with friendly servers and great choices and prices.

Value for money was excellent! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the metro and bus stations. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, giving us directions and even allowing us to check out late. And the added touch of slippers and a bathrobe was a nice surprise.

The breakfast experience could have been improved by providing clear instructions in the rooms, especially on how to call room service or reach the operator.
