Great location in the heart of a traditional district with easy access to subway and railway stations. We were able to explore the authentic charm of Japan within walking distance, seeing geishas and traditional Japanese wedding outfits. Clean and modern hotel with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The air purifier and humidifier were a nice touch.- The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to help us retrieve a lost mobile phone on the train. They provided excellent service and guidance throughout our stay.

Limited cleaning service during our stay, but there were plenty of clean towels available near the washing machine area. Reception struggled to suggest or book restaurants before our trip.

I had a fantastic 3-night stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to many attractions and the popular kawaramachi shopping street. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even assisting me with my luggage. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with all the amenities I needed. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi and had a convenient laundry and ice machine on the ground floor. I was very satisfied with my stay here.

This hotel was a great choice for my Easter getaway! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with fantastic bathrooms and showers. The location is unbeatable - within walking distance of various attractions, and close to public transportation. What I enjoyed most was the exceptional service - the staff was always friendly, helpful, and eager to make sure my stay was comfortable.

While there are many positives, there were a couple of drawbacks. The mattresses were fairly hard and took some getting used to, and the cleaning services were only provided every three days.

During my recent stay at Rinn Gion Shirakawa, I was impressed by the spaciousness of the rooms and the modern, high-end bathroom. The property felt new and well-maintained. I loved the small patio area that overlooked the river. The central location made it easy to explore all the activities we had planned. The convenience of having an on-site laundry machine was a major plus.

One of the minor drawbacks was the lack of breakfast facilities. However, this was easily overcome as we discovered numerous bakeries and cafes within a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
