Noise disturbances from early morning trash collection can be quite disruptive!!! Also, the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the rooms is disappointing, and old-fashioned hair dryers just don't cut it anymore!!! The bathroom sizes felt cramped!!!

Location truly shines here—only 5 minutes to iconic landmarks like Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square. The friendly staff consistently offer invaluable local insights. Rooms are spacious and clean, with superb attention to detail. A special shout-out to Mr Daniel for his outstanding hospitality. Truly a hidden gem for a Venetian escape!

palace bonvecchiati has an amazing location just 2 minutes from rialto bridge. i loved my upgraded suite with a stunning view of the canal. the bed was super comfy, and the daily cleaning was top-notch. Don’t skip breakfast. the fresh pastries and friendly waiters made my mornings special. the wellness center was also a perfect escape from daily stress.

i recommend enhancing the variety of TV channels.

Charming ambience with a fantastic location just a short walk from major sights. My room was spacious and clean, featuring a large tub and good water pressure. However, early morning noise from trash collection was a slight disruption. Breakfast offerings were delightful and abundant, making mornings enjoyable.

Absolutely fabulous location! We were just a hop away from San Marco and Rialto. The suite was huge and beautiful—definitely a winner!

this hotel was really good for our stay in venice! the location is just perfect, only a 5 min walk to rialto bridge and like 10 mins to piazza san marco. the room was spacious and had a nice balcony! staff were super friendly and helpful, made us feel welcome. breakfast had great options and the vibes around the hotel were really chill.

Location is fabulous, just 2 minutes from the Rialto Bridge. I was upgraded to a suite with stunning canal views and a super comfy bed. The daily cleaning was on point—10 out of 10!

As much as I admired the place, the TV channels were limited—clearly someone is stuck in the past! And the Wi-Fi situation could definitely use a boost, darling!

Exceptional staff made this trip unforgettable, quickly arranging a private taxi boat and recommending outstanding restaurants. Our room was spacious, clean, and remarkably quiet, located on the top floor with soundproof features. The well-maintained facilities and superb attention to detail were noteworthy, from closing the blinds in the evening to keep out morning light to the immaculate cleanliness of public areas. Breakfast included grilled dishes that added a delightful touch to the stay. This place exceeded my expectations in every way.
