i had a lovely stay at courtyards, far better than my previous experience in somerset. the king room with sofa bed was super comfortable, and the outlets were plentiful, which was great for my devices. this valentine's day getaway exceeded my expectations with a welcoming lobby and inviting atmosphere.

the breakfast service was poorly staffed and slow.

The king room was awesome! It had a comfy sofa bed, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The flat-screen TV was great for relaxing, and the shower had body soap and shampoo. Definitely loved the fitness center and indoor swimming pool. The lobby was inviting, and I really appreciated the efficient service. Overall perfect for a chill getaway!

Pleasant and attentive staff throughout the stay.

I was frustrated by the lack of towels at the swimming area. having to go to the gym to get them was inconvenient. Moreover, the Bistro offered overpriced options, and the quality of the Starbucks coffee was disappointing. Additionally, I found crumbled food in the AC unit, which raised concerns about the cleaning standards.
