Traveling for leisure, we stayed at East Island Reserve for a week. the cottages offer stunning sunset views and cozy beds. A washer & dryer in each cottage was convenient. the peaceful deck was perfect for morning coffee, away from street noise. Proximity to downtown Newport was a bonus.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I always return for weekends. Staff helped with taxi tips on first stay. Perfect for me: Free Wi, Fi, Free parking, Saltwater pool, Full body massage. Express check, in. VIP check, out. Pets allowed. No smoking. Love the comfort and amenities here.

East Island Reserve is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near attractions. the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Inside the cottage, I felt right at home with all the amenities provided, including extra kitchen utensils, a dishwasher, and a washer & dryer. the heated bathroom floor and beautiful sunset views from the front cottages were exceptional.

Towel rack needed repair. Upstairs noise issue solved.

My stay had everything I needed. the room was spacious, with great amenities and reliable wifi. the shower's water pressure was impressive, and I was delighted by the heated bathroom floor. the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful in advance of my check-in.

The cottage was well-equipped with a Samsung washer and dryer, all kitchen appliances, and dishwasher soap pods. The bathroom floor was heated and had plenty of toiletries. The bed was comfortable with high-quality linens. The property had great curb appeal and a nice pool area with towels. The Newport area had lots of activities.

The location of the hotel is further away from the beach than ideal. However, the rooms are well designed and furnished with comfortable beds. The cleanliness and functionality of amenities such as the self-check-in system, electronics, and washer & dryer are well provided. The cottages offer beautiful sunsets and a peaceful environment.

The noise level is high due to the poorly soundproofed walls and floors that allow hearing everything from neighboring rooms.

This hotel impressed me with its attention to detail, from well-stocked kitchen in the rooms to the great shower. The staff delivered top-notch service with a smile and the prices were reasonable. The Adirondack Room, with its hot drink machine, was a cozy retreat.

Our stay at East Island Reserve was fantastic. We loved the well-stocked accommodations, especially the surprise of having a washer and dryer in our cottage. The heated bathroom floors were a lovely touch. Although the hotel is a short drive from downtown Newport, it's perfectly situated close to Easton Beach. The pool was clean and peaceful- we had it to ourselves most of the time. We loved our time here and would definitely come back. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

I spent Christmas with my family in a hotel and had a great time. the staff was very friendly and gave us complimentary hot chocolate and cookies, which was a nice touch. the hotel is located near many restaurants and tourist attractions, which made it easy for us to make plans. the room was clean and nicely decorated with comfortable beds.

The walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbors talking and walking around, which was a bit of a disappointment. the bathroom was a bit small, which made it difficult for us to move around.
