i was pleasantly surprised by my stay in vadnais heights at fairfield inn. everything felt clean and new, and the breakfast options exceeded my expectations with fresh and tasty choices. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, making the experience truly enjoyable.

the pool was a bit too small for families.

i was absolutely appalled by the rude a/c units in my room, they were loud and struggled to keep me comfortable. also, how dare they not have designated adult swim hours for the tiny pool, kids splashing everywhere. i almost thought about giving a good review, but since i didn’t get an upgrade after all that, i just couldn’t.

Friendly and accommodating staff made our stay pleasant.

Unfortunately, the A/C units in our rooms were quite loud and struggled to maintain a steady temperature, which made for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. Added to that, I was looking forward to enjoying the pool and hot tub, but their small size was not ideal for a family. There was also an issue with my reservation where I had to upgrade to a more expensive room, and it didn’t feel great to have to spend more unexpectedly.
