During our stay, we enjoyed dining at the restaurant located in the hotel. The Pacifico restaurant serves delicious meals, and the ambiance is funky and cool. We also loved relaxing in the outside dining area and the outdoor bar area, where we could enjoy a drink and unwind. The hotel's garden provided a peaceful and beautiful setting for us to relax in. The room we stayed in was comfortable, cozy and clean, with a spacious bathroom. the hotel offered a unique and enjoyable experience.

One aspect that could be improved upon is the need for the hotel to have its own airport transfer service. The taxi arranged for us by the hotel was not satisfactory, as the driver overcharged us and drove recklessly.

An oasis in a hot city, surrounded by lemon and olive trees. Exceptional food by the pool. Terrific service, especially from a Peruvian waiter. Well-trained, helpful, and efficient staff. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast. Lovely courtyard garden restaurant with a swimming pool.

Spent Christmas at a Roman gem where we were offered complimentary champagne and Chopard gifts on arrival. the hotel is situated in the heart of the city, which made it an ideal location for exploring. One of the best aspects was the oasis-like pool that provided the perfect respite from the hustle and bustle of Rome.

The loud music from the pool bar was a bit of a nuisance, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. the separate restaurant and bar was not part of the hotel, which was a bit of a letdown, as we were unable to access it due to private parties being held on two nights.

Perfect location, close to main attractions and overlooking the river. Beautifully decorated rooms with a boutique-like design. the pool outside was a great spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist with any requests. a unique and enjoyable experience.

There were some noise issues, especially during the night. the music from private events lasted until late hours, making it difficult to sleep.

The coffee maker in the room was a great perk and the bathroom had a light, airy atmosphere. The hotel's decor and art were visually appealing and the pool area was fantastic. The location of the hotel was excellent and the outdoor courtyard was a lovely place to relax and enjoy drinks.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with top-notch service. the exclusive amenities in our room, such as the Jacuzzi and beauty treatments, were a much-welcomed touch. the outdoor swimming pool and garden area provided a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. the restaurant and bar/lounge area offered delicious food and drinks and catered to our specific dietary needs.

the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure we still received the desired services.
