The shuttle service was reliable and made it easy to get to downtown and the airport. The noise from the HVAC system was disruptive at night, making it hard to sleep. Breakfast options were standard, with only eggs and meat available daily.

We’ve returned here due to its proximity to the airport. Ninivee on the afternoon shift was especially nice. The woman serving breakfast had a delightful attitude, making mornings enjoyable. The coffee was good, and the rooms provided a lovely view of the nearby mountain range.

what a delightful surprise! the staff was absolutely delightful except for one miserable lady who grumbled about not keeping our bags post-checkout, just rude. the breakfast? well, let’s just say a juice box woudl ve been more filling,. and can we talk about the jacuzzi? just fantasies while being told it was under renovation. i almost was about to leave a good review, but just couldn't.

Our room was clean and equipped with a 45-inch Smart TV that provided entertainment suitable for an Alaskan adventure. I even left my jacket behind, which thanks to their promptness, was located and ready for pickup within a couple of days. Talk about service that wraps around you like a cozy blanket!

The indoor pool and spa area provided a perfect relaxation spot, but I was disappointed to find the jets not working during my visit, which detracted from the experience.
