Complicated entrance!!! The lack of elevators in the annex is a hassle for those with heavy luggage!!! Wi-Fi connectivity issues made it frustrating to stay connected!!! Room upgrades seem inconsistent, leaving some guests disappointed!!!

The palazzo guardi has a lovely setting, yet somehow I managed to drag my luggage up the 3 flights of stairs, which was charming in a 'why not make it harder? ' kind of way. And, I would have appreciated a welcome gift for my troubles, but I suppose that’s too much to ask. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

My stay was delightful! I loved the spacious junior suite with massive canal-view windows. The breakfast was delightful, featuring a range of hot options. Don't be deterred by the reception's location. it adds to the charm! A tip, take it easy with the stairs, especially if you're carrying luggage!

Everything was spotless the breakfast had so many options and was really delicious staff always on point and friendly. The location is perfect for wandering around Venice (and close to a cute restaurant).

palazzo guardi is in a prime spot, just a 10-minute walk from the cruise port and many restaurants. the room was spacious and impeccably clean, with super comfy beds. the breakfast was tasty with freshly baked croissants, and the staff provided great restaurant suggestions. we also enjoyed the incredible view of the canal from our room.

We had an amazing time at this hotel while visiting the nearby Basilica de São Marco and the Rialto Bridge, just a short walk away. The room was spacious and clean, and breakfast had a great mix of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our mornings even better. Highly recommend the canal view rooms for a special experience.

The only downside was the noise from passing boats and people outside, which could be a bit disruptive due to the hotel’s central location.
