I had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in Venice. The location was perfect, close to the Accademia Vaporeto stop and within walking distance of local restaurants and wine bars. The staff was very supportive and helped me find the hotel over the phone. The room was spacious and comfortable, with two separate rooms and a spacious bathroom. Breakfast, which was included in the fee, was excellent and filled me up for the day. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the hotel being a bit hard to find and the rooms being slightly old-fashioned, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location and friendly atmosphere. I had a great experience at Palazzo Guardi and would stay here again.

We loved the location of the hotel, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the crowded areas. After a long day of walking around, it was perfect to come back to a peaceful area. Plus, having a gelato place and a bar just 5 seconds to our left was a delightful treat. And only 10 seconds to our right, we found a fantastic local restaurant. As backpackers, we appreciate the convenience of having these options nearby. The rooms were amazing and the typical Italian breakfast provided was a great way to start our days.

This hotel is amazing! It has an excellent location, which made it easy for me to get around the city. The complementary breakfast was the icing on the cake. With a variety of options, I was able to stay full until lunchtime. the staff was friendly and willing to help with any question or request. I loved that they had a 24-hour front desk, which made my late check-in straightforward.

The limited parking space and being located in a bustling area. Although there is limited parking space available, the staff was helpful in finding parking elsewhere.

The check-in process was a breeze, and we felt like VIPs. The air conditioning kept us cool and comfortable, and there were designated smoking areas. The hotel even had a children's menu, making it family-friendly. Pets were not allowed, ensuring a clean environment. Can't wait to visit again!

The location is quiet and ideally located for exploring the streets of Venice. It's situated in a much more residential area, away from the crowds, but still within walking distance of all the main attractions. The hotel also has a lovely venetian style, with rooms that feature private terraces offering a view. The breakfast included in the stay is great, with plenty of options including a variety of fruits.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and we had no complaints.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered was excellent, with a good variety of options. the hotel had great facilities and advantages, such as free wifi and beautiful decor.

There was some noise in the morning due to renovations in the hotel's separate location.
