This place suits me perfectly! I love the 24-hour reception, air conditioning, comfortable flat-screen TV, and the welcome drink. During my first stay, the staff provided great local info, making my trip unforgettable. I highly recommend it for a cozy stay. I'll be back for Christmas!

Wicked cozy spot with a fantastic breakfast spread! Fresh croissants and meats really hit the spot. The location was perfect, just a hop from the bus station, but those stairs? Yikes! A little tough on the legs. The staff was super friendly, especially when they helped me with my luggage. Loved that little golden retriever at the front desk too!

The entrance could really use some sprucing up!!! Dead flowers in the pots give off a poor impression!!! Navigating all those stairs would have been easier if someone greeted us downstairs with our bags!!!

The lack of clear signage made it hard to find the entrance, causing unnecessary frustration after a long day. Additionally, the ongoing exterior renovations created an unwelcoming atmosphere that detracted from the charm I had anticipated.

the charming atmosphere of Palazzo Odoni is almost overshadowed by the chaos of carrying luggage up steep stairs. to make matters worse, the room I received was dark and I didn’t feel like a valued guest at all. a complimentary gesture woudl ve been nice, but I guess expecting that was too much.
