One minor complaint was the lack of glassware in the bathroom, but there were glasses available in the common kitchen. there was some noise from the nearby activities in the square, especially during the Christmas market.

We recently stayed at a fantastic B&B in Italy and it was by far the best hotel/B&B experience we've ever had. the staff at Santa Croce 14 B&B were incredibly helpful and gave us great advice on navigating the city and which attractions to visit. the entire floor of the B&B was beautifully decorated and styled, and our room had high ceilings and a spacious, stunning bathroom. the location was also perfect, as it was close to everything and made exploring the city easy and convenient.

The location is perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions. We loved the breakfast at the nearby cafe, where we could choose from a variety of fresh options. While the lack of glassware in the bathroom was a minor inconvenience, there were glasses available in the common kitchen to fulfill our preference. Additionally, noises from the nearby piazza settled down by around 11 pm during our off-season visit, but it might be louder in summer.

From printing our train and opera tickets to providing us with maps and recommendations, he ensured we had everything we needed. the location of the B&B was perfect, within walking distance to all the famous attractions and best restaurants in the area. the rooms were spacious, airy, and beautifully decorated with high ceilings painted in trompe-l'oeil. the bathrooms were modern and clean, and we appreciated the mini fridge stocked with complimentary water bottles. Leonardo truly runs a tight ship here, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Florence.
