Conveniently located near Hofbräuhaus, it offers a peaceful ambiance for a relaxing stay. the property is well-equipped for cooking, with a suggestion for a chopping board. Additionally, the central location allows easy access to downtown, Oakland, and the North Shore, with ample space and amenities ideal for small families. Cons: Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Our stay at Kasa South Side was fantastic. the apartment was spacious, clean, and comfy, perfect for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids. the layout was great, and the kids had a blast playing hide-and-seek. the amenities were top-notch, and the location was convenient, close to attractions like Hofbräuhaus.

Enjoyed the spacious apartment with a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and a beautiful view. Short walking distance to Southside Works for more dining and entertainment options.

Didn't dislike anything about the property

Spacious and clean apartment with a lovely electric fireplace and great layout for our Easter group of 4 adults and 2 kids. the location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions. We also enjoyed the dog-friendly neighbors, adding to a friendly environment.

The parking card did not work, and there was no option for temporary parking or a dropbox for the card. the residential access door was locked, causing us to find our own way.

The apartment at Kasa South Side was perfect for us as vegetarians and vegans. We were delighted to find a local grocery store within walking distance, offering a wide range of fresh produce and plant-based options. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals, and the nearby restaurants had excellent vegetarian and vegan options. The location also provided access to a great bike/walking path, which was perfect for exploring the city and staying active during our stay.
