We had an amazing experience at Palazzo San Niccolo Aparthotel. Annausa, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to make our stay special. She met us at a nearby landmark when we were lost, helped with our luggage, and even surprised us with a bottle of champagne to celebrate a birthday she noticed on our passports. The location of the aparthotel is perfect, close to major landmarks yet peaceful and serene. The rooms are tidy, well-appointed, and have all the necessary amenities. The front desk staff is friendly and always ready to assist. We also received a complimentary bottle of white wine upon arrival, which was a nice touch.

What an amazing weekend we had! The staff were wonderful and welcoming. They even helped us with our luggage, and offered refreshments on arrival. One of the best parts was the spacious room. It was quiet and pitch black, which made sleeping really easy. We also loved the garden in the back of the hotel. It was a great place to relax, with comfy chairs and drinks available.

There were a few issues we encountered. parking was a bit difficult as there were no spots available near the hotel.

Located near the river, Palazzo San Niccolo is the perfect base for exploring all the tourist attractions in the city center. Whether you want to stroll along the river or visit famous landmarks, everything is within walking distance. The charming design of the old and modern creates a unique atmosphere. The breakfast in the morning is delicious and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The beautiful garden area provides a picturesque spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The beds were slightly firm, which may not suit everyone's preferences.

We stayed in the Bardini room, which had a beautiful view of the garden and lounge. The old-world charm of the room was absolutely charming and the space was clean and spacious. The staff gave us a warm welcome and the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city.

The Bardini room was not soundproof at all, and we could hear guests in other rooms as if they were in our own. The noise from events in the garden made it difficult to relax or go to bed before 11pm.

We stayed at this place and it was amazing. The location was perfect, away from the tourist area but within a short walking distance to all the must-see attractions. Everything was close by and the city center was just a stone's throw away. The service was top-notch with amenities like a grocery shopping service, laundry facilities, and an airport shuttle. The room itself was well-equipped with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We loved the outdoor dining area and the garden, it was a great place to relax and unwind. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Immersed myself in local culture, forgetting I was in a city. Stylish interiors, relaxing garden. Ideal for business meetings turned comfy events. Medieval atmosphere intact. Perfect location to celebrate what I love most. Breathed that Florentine air. Lungarno Deluxe offered private terrace access. Garden allowed exclusive view of Florence.

Air in the lounge was almost too breathable, I missed the stuffiness of city life.
