I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff greeted me with a warm smile upon arrival and quickly escorted me to my private pool villa. The villa was absolutely amazing, equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious bathroom even had an outdoor shower, which was a unique and refreshing experience. The hotel also provides two bottles of water each day, which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel was great, as it was situated right on the beach. The private pool in my villa was a highlight, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to nearby Choeng Mon and airport, which saved me a lot of money.

Although this place is a bit out of the way, it is definitely worth it to hire a scooter to get around. Additionally, the hotel is not near the main areas of restaurants or the main beach, so keep that in mind if you prefer more bustling areas.

We had a fantastic stay at Samui Boat Lagoon. The private pool in our villa was a highlight, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Thai sunshine. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring our villa was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. We also appreciated the surprise birthday dinner they arranged for our daughter, complete with decorations and delicious Thai food. our time at Samui Boat Lagoon was enjoyable and memorable.

One minor drawback was the presence of mosquitoes and flies in the living/dining room, which made it less comfortable to spend time in that area. Additionally, the location of the villa required the use of a car or motorbike to explore the surrounding area.

Had a great Christmas break with my family. the complementary welcome drink and fruit basket were a nice touch. the villa was located close enough to the town for easy access, but far enough away for some peace and quiet. Enjoyed having our own private pool, which was a definite highlight of the trip.

The hotel did not have a backup generator available, and we were offered to switch to another hotel instead. the checkout process was marred by a rude and unprofessional staff member who insisted we had taken slippers that we never had.

The location was great, with a 7-Eleven and local Thai restaurants just a short walk away. Chong Mon beach, known for its beauty and tranquility, was easily accessible with the complimentary transfer service.

The absence of an on-site restaurant, but there were plenty of food options nearby.
