Everything was perfect!

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of downtown. It is very near to the city center and close to restaurants. The room was clean and well lit, with comfortable beds and cotton sheets. The bathroom was big and had a fantastic shower. The breakfast had a great variety, with cereals, fruit, yoghurts, pastries. The staff was helpful, nice, and provided great service.

The rug in the room hadn't been hoovered.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel staff apologized for the unmade room and immediately upgraded me to a big junior suite. The room was spacious, although a bit soulless, but I appreciated the gesture. The hotel's location in the center was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed at this lovely hotel for a few nights and had a great experience. The staff, especially Federica and the young lady in the breakfast room, were amazing. They were helpful, friendly, and made our stay memorable. The hotel also takes care of car registration in the restricted area, which was a relief. Additionally, the hotel is well-maintained, centrally located, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

We were impressed by the helpful and friendly staff who made our stay memorable. the breakfast buffet was one of the best we've encountered in Italy, offering a wide variety of healthy options. the spacious and beautifully appointed rooms, along with the quiet atmosphere, allowed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Convenient on-site parking made it easy for us to explore the nearby attractions.

The narrow streets and parking space were a challenge, especially for driving a large car. the high windows prevented having a good view, which was a bit disappointing.
