Mind-blowing contemporary hotel - perfect location, friendly staff, clean rooms, and great value for money!

Mind-blowing shower, super clean, jaw-dropping wifi. Ideal location near metro, train, tapas area. Great hosts. Recently remodeled, large comfortable room. Highly recommend!

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and key attractions. It made exploring the city a breeze. the apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, which was a plus.

The staff did not offer any help and even requested a photo of my credit card, which is not secure at all. the lack of basic amenities was also disappointing - no shampoo, conditioner, coffee, refrigerator, or even water.

The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They even bought a cot for my daughter when I requested one. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was also excellent. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to attractions and transportation. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location in the centre of the city was ideal, allowing me to easily explore all the sites in this city. The hotel was conveniently close to the Metro, making it easy for me to travel around the city. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, providing a comfortable and hygienic stay. The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and more than willing to assist with any inquiries or requests.

We had a great experience at Freedom. the location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and cafes right on our doorstep. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, tidy, and spacious. We especially enjoyed the added bonus of the terrace, perfect for smokers. the air conditioning was also a great feature, especially during the hot weather. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location near the metro station and within walking distance to attractions. The staff were friendly, and the room size was impressive for a European city. The balcony/terrace offered a great view, and the shower had good pressure with quick hot water.

loved our recent stay in madrid and freedom! modern, clean rooms and friendly staff. great location, close to city center and lots of restaurants. they even took care of our luggage after check-out so we could explore more. definitely recommend and would use again.

The hotel had a great location, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. It was also within walking distance of many attractions and parks, making it convenient for exploring the city. the rooms were clean, modern, and bright, and the option to have a terrace was a nice bonus for enjoying a drink in the evening.

The lack of amenities in the room, such as coffee making facilities. the noise level in my room, which was located on the ground floor near the reception, was quite high and there was a lack of privacy.

Great location, vibrant and exciting part of the city. Beautifully finished decor, loved the sink outside the bathroom and the big leather sofa. Comfortable bed and the wooden staircase is fabulous. Friendly and helpful reception, spoke good English.

Bathroom is small, but everything works perfectly. Noisy outside, but with the windows closed and AC on, it's not a problem.

I got great value for my money at Hotel Freedom - the room was clean, comfortable, and had a unique decor. The location was amazing, just a short walk from the city center and right next to the metro station. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe adding a few more options to choose from.

Loved the endless wait at the 24-hour front desk, the thrilling shuttle service, the dynamic concierge who knew everything about nothing, and the free WiFi. that never worked.

Isn't it fascinating how they managed to make the "complimentary" WiFi absolutely useless? Truly commendable!
