We enjoyed our stay at a well-situated hotel with pleasant staff. The executive double room was spacious and comfortable, including the bathroom and shower area. The buffet breakfast provided good quality food. Luigi at the front desk was particularly helpful in accommodating our last-minute request for an extra night's stay. The location was also excellent, with easy access to the port, tourist attractions, and the metro.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, very central and close to all the important sites. It's just a few minutes from Toledo and other significant attractions. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they were always ready to help with any requests or questions I had. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning and tea/coffee facilities. The hotel also offers a nice continental breakfast on the sixth floor with a lovely view of the city. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay enjoyable.

Although this hotel is great for individuals and couples, it might not be the best choice for families. However, I would still recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The hotel's location near the port was incredibly convenient as we were able to easily catch a ferry to our next destination. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.
