We got good value for our money, the room was fantastic with amazing views of Jimbaran bay. The staff treated us like royalty, especially Richard and Jenny.

Hidden Valley Bali was a perfect retreat for our Journey Retreats fitness week. The healthy blended shots and lattes gave us a great start to our days. The pool areas were divine for relaxing and the rooms had excellent facilities. The staff, especially Agus and Richie, went above and beyond to accommodate our group. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet meals with catered dietary options. we had a fantastic stay and look forward to returning in the future.

For the price we paid, S Resorts Hidden Valley Bali was a great value. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the staff treated us really well. The location was tranquil and away from the crowds, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Breakfast selection could have been better with more variety and options.

The complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were very useful additions during my recent stay in Bali. the hotel's location in a quiet area but still within driving distance to popular beaches and restaurants was ideal. the staff were friendly and accommodating when it came to organizing rentals and tours, which made the trip much smoother.

The toilet facilities in the room were not up to par. There were no shower amenities available and the amount of insects in the bathroom was overwhelming.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel for 26 nights. The hotel territory and my room were very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. I rented a motorbike from the hotel, which was reasonably priced and made it easy for me to explore the nearby beaches and attractions. The location was great, with easy access to Padang Padang, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and other beautiful beaches. There were also plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel had a free American pool billiard and high-quality wifi. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again.

Considering the amazing experience I had, I honestly couldn't find any negatives to mention. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, staff, and location.
