The rooms were absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and comfortable. the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the Colosseum and a minute's walk from the nearest metro station. It was great to be in the midst of the city's hustle and bustle but still have a quiet retreat to come back to. Additionally, the staff at the hotel provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to accommodate our requests.

There were a few minor downsides to our stay. the hotel didn't have 24/7 staff available, which meant that if we returned late at night, there wouldn't be anyone around.

The location is exceptional for accessing Rome's history. The property has a stunning contemporary style with original Italian features. The service is excellent, with daily room cleaning and towel changes. The suite has great facilities, including a coffee machine, microwave, and fridge. The bed is extremely comfortable and there are plenty of seating areas. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Our 7-night stay at Palm Suites was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we loved it. The suite and service were excellent, and we were particularly impressed by Giacomo and Milli from the front desk who were amazing. They helped us with every question and organized outings and restaurant reservations for us. The location is also great, nestled right above the Colosseum and close to cafes and restaurants. When we come back, we will definitely stay here again.

As a traveler in Rome for just one day, location was crucial for me. Palm Suites could not have been better located! Situated on a quiet and safe street, yet only meters away from all the major attractions in the city. The warm and welcoming staff ensured that we got our room early, which was spacious, comfortable, and trendy. The complimentary use of bikes was a bonus, and the breakfast at the sister hotel was absolutely delicious. In summary, our stay was nothing short of awesome!

Despite being close to the hustle and bustle, the hotel is situated on a quiet street, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The staff at the hotel, especially Jacomo, Kelvin, and the rest of the staff, offer exceptional service. The inclusion of soft drinks, water, and coffee, replenished daily, is a nice touch. They also accommodated our request for non-alcoholic beverages and had non-alcoholic champagne and dried fruits waiting for us upon arrival. a wonderful experience for families.
