The noise from the nearby freeway can be quite disruptive at night.

i had a relaxing stay at days inn in carlsbad, which exceeded my expectations compared to my previous visit. the spacious room was clean, and the comfortable bed made for a great couple of nights. i also appreciated the convenient location near legoland and downtown carlsbad.

The outside decor really drew me in, feeling like home right away. The staff was exceptionally nice, always smiling, and welcoming, they even helped me unwind after a chaotic week, which I didn't know I needed.

Wasn't exactly cheap but honestly, it is still acceptable for what you get.

The bathroom exhaust vent was inoperable!!! The breakfast offerings were laughable—juice and one type of snack? Come on!!! And having to bring wet towels just to get more was a bit ridiculous!!!

Had a canny stay! The room was newly refurbished and dead clean, just what I needed. The staff were proper helpful too. The only downside was the breakfast—bit skimpy, like.
