The staff was friendly and helpful, offering assistance without us asking. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a great view. The common room had stunning views and a pool/snooker table for indoor entertainment. The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. The host was friendly, informative, and easy to reach.

This hotel offers great value for money, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The attention to detail, such as under floor heating and heated towel rails, make a stay here extra cozy. The large communal lounge with a fireplace, TV, and pool table adds a touch of class to the experience. The breakfasts are absolutely delicious, thanks to the wonderful staff. Plus, the location is perfect, with stunning views and easy access to the Midlands meander.

All was well and exceeded expectations.

If you're looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature, this lodge is the perfect choice. Situated away from everything, it offers stunning views of a forest from the verandah. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with underfloor heating and a heating pad in the bed for those chilly winter nights. The hostess, Cheryl, is friendly and helpful, and the English breakfast is delicious. Plus, the location allows you to easily explore many of the lovely attractions in the Midlands Meander area.

While the lodge offers a serene and comfortable retreat, the lack of maintenance in the gardens can be a bit of a letdown.

What a wonderful find! The accommodation at Arum Hill Lodge was excellent. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a fantastic view. The lounge and kitchen facilities were top-notch, and we enjoyed a delightful meal with fellow guests. The breakfast served on the patio was delicious. Rounel, the manager, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had an amazing Thanksgiving weekend with family in the Midlands. the accommodation had stunning views and a cozy room with heating. the property manager was friendly and attentive, always ensuring that our needs were met. the communal lounge was perfect for family bonding and offered entertainment with the pool table and fireplace. the breakfast provided was delicious and fueled us for the day ahead.

The bar fridge was small and inadequate for a longer stay with a family. the power outages due to load shedding and storms were frequent and long-lasting, making us feel a bit unsafe at times.
