I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they spoke English very well. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with everything being kept spotless. The room I stayed in was large and comfortable, although it did have a slightly dated feel. The hotel is located in a beautiful setting, close to the Shrine and all the tourist attractions. It was easy to find and had convenient parking facilities. The breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast, nothing special but still enjoyable.

The language barrier at the restaurant made communication difficult as the waiter didn't speak English.

I had a great time at Hotel Parco Delle Rose. The swimming pool was lovely, perfect for a refreshing dip. The outside restaurant had a beautiful setting and the food was delicious, especially the pizza. The service at the front desk was excellent, very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

During my recent stay at a hotel in San Giovanni Rotondo, I was delighted to find a large and spacious lobby with a convenient souvenir shop near the reception. Although the décor seemed a bit outdated, the overall ambiance was pleasant. Our room, which accommodated two people, was surprisingly spacious with four single beds. The furniture, including the beds, was made of light material, making it easy to rearrange the room as needed. Despite some confusion with the directions to our rooms, our group of over 50 people eventually found our way after a few trips up and down the stairs. The arrows mounted on the walls weren't the most straightforward, but we managed to navigate. The highlight for me was how close the hotel was to Padre Pio Church, just about 900 meters away. It made our visit to the church incredibly convenient. Additionally, the helpful staff kindly picked me up from San Giovanni Station when my train arrived late. They assisted me in finding my way around, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel for its spacious rooms, convenient location, and helpful staff.

The location of this hotel was perfect, as it was just a short distance from the shrine of Padre Pio and also conveniently close to the beach. I enjoyed spending my days exploring the beautiful beach and then returning to this hotel to relax in their outdoor swimming pool. The pool area was well-maintained and had plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, always friendly and helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I also appreciated their ability to speak English in the restaurant, making it easier for me to communicate and order my meals.

Had a great Christmas stay with family. Enjoyed the beautiful decorations and festive music, giving us the perfect holiday vibes. Location was perfect, within walking distance to nearby attractions such as museums and markets. Pool was a great hit with our kids, who loved playing in it for hours. the breakfast offered plenty of delicious options, including fresh pastries and fruit.

Although the hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas, the rooms were outdated and could use a bit of an upgrade. the front desk could have been more efficient with check-in and check-out, taking longer than expected.
