We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff at the reception were friendly and welcoming, taking the time to explain everything to us. The free ice cream passes for the children were a pleasant surprise, and they loved it. The hotel facilities were great, with beautiful swimming pools and a lovely lake. The massages we had were excellent, and there were plenty of activities to book at the lake. The breakfast buffet in the Masseria restaurant was the best we've ever experienced, with a wide selection of delicious food. The staff was attentive and friendly, making our breakfast enjoyable. this hotel provided a clean and comfortable stay with excellent amenities.

We had an amazing stay at Parco San Marco Lifestyle Beach Resort. The location was incredible, with stunning views of the lake from our terrace room. The facilities for families were great, especially the indoor and outdoor pools. The staff were always friendly and helpful, finding solutions to any issues that arose during our stay. The resort had everything a family could need and was close to many activities and other towns. I highly recommend this hotel for a beautiful lake break.

The pool temperature was a bit disappointing for the kids. Even with wetsuits on, they could only last 10 minutes in the freezing water.

As young holiday goers, we loved the excellent service and friendly staff. The option to turn the family room into an apartment was a bonus. The beautiful lake and swimming pools were enjoyable, and the massages were a great treat. Breakfast had a good selection, and the option to eat on the terrace was a lovely touch.

The suites offered luxurious amenities and breathtaking views of Lake Lugano. The option to have a fully equipped kitchen in our suite was a bonus. The hotel's beauty and maintenance made it difficult to leave, and we cannot wait to return.

The room was lovely and had a magnificent view of Lake Lugano from our balcony. The location was perfect, with beautiful landscape and a terrific swimming pool. But what really stood out was the excellent service we received from the staff. When our car broke down near the hotel, they went above and beyond to support us, even handling calls from an Italian-speaking garage. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay.

First of all, I loved the beautiful view from the rooms. It was truly stunning and made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the facilities for families were excellent. There were plenty of activities for the kids to choose from, and the kids club was a hit with my children. Lastly, the location was ideal. It was easy to access nearby attractions, such as Lake Como and Lugano, which made exploring the area very convenient.

One aspect that I didn't like was the lack of available activities. Additionally, the access to the reception through the restaurant was not convenient.

Had a great time over Easter! Loved the beautiful lake view and the spacious two-bedroom apartment. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with lots of options to choose from. The kids club was a hit with my children, they had a blast with the friendly staff and the free family events they organized.

The internet connection was poor and the rooms, although functional, felt a bit basic. The housekeeping service was late and we had to use the privacy function, making it even later.
