Outstanding staff, helpful and welcoming. Large space with kitchenette and dining table. Convenient location for walking, public transport, and shopping. Supermarket nearby. Pleasant stay, wish it was longer.

I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of the old town. I could easily explore the medieval streets and visit the museums, all within walking distance. The view from the living room windows was stunning, overlooking the charming rooftops of the city. The apartment itself was tastefully decorated and very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a longer stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, and I appreciated having the option to cook my own meals. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed and taken care of throughout my entire stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had a very functional and spacious base during our stay in Parma. The outstanding staff went above and beyond to help upon our arrival and also contributed to a very enjoyable restaurant experience. The large space and facilities, including a basic kitchenette and a large dining table, were a great convenience. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Parma.

Close to tourist attractions, the suite was comfortable and spacious. the hotel offered basic kitchen facilities which were helpful.

During our Easter stay, the air conditioning wasn't functioning well, it made our stay uncomfortable. check-in was a bit of an inconvenience as there were only a few staff members available to attend to guests, which led to long waiting times.
