The hotel had beautiful gardens and was conveniently located close to other resorts that we wanted to visit. the restaurant staff were friendly and we enjoyed having an allocated table for the week. the food was tempting, particularly the Italian dishes, and the desserts did not disappoint. We also appreciated the relaxing atmosphere at the bar.

We also found that some of the dishes were left out for too long and were not replaced promptly. we did not like the fact that the spa was not available when we wanted to book it.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location, right on the beach with stunning views of the lake and mountains, was simply breathtaking. The hotel's service was exceptional, with 24-hour room service and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. We also appreciated the attention to detail in the housekeeping and the availability of a hairdryer and free toiletries. The hotel's dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area, as well as a delicious breakfast spread and a snack bar for lighter bites. We also loved the leisure facilities, including the spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzi, and seasonal outdoor pool with sun loungers. The garden area was a picturesque spot to relax and take in the surroundings. our experience at this hotel was truly top-notch!
