The hotel had a pool, but it wasn't heated, perfect for a refreshing dip in the freezing cold water. The nearby thermal spas offered a range of treatments, just what I needed for my imaginary ailments. The location was great for exploring the Tuscan countryside, as long as I didn't mind getting lost. The elegant restaurant served traditional Tuscan specialities, which were just as good as the food I can get at home.

I couldn't hear my neighbors' conversation through the thin walls, how disappointing.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, close to amenities but on a quiet street. the hotel staff were welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. the breakfast spread was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed spending time in the beautiful garden and pool area. the hotel was smart and clean, and our rooms were well-maintained with daily cleaning and fresh towels. a great experience and we hope to return again next year. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Fantastic price, convenient location, short walk to funicular railway, close to train station for Lucca, Pisa and Florence, excellent air conditioning.

The hotel is conveniently located near all local tourist attractions and is easily accessible by train. The staff is friendly and provides helpful information about the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the pool garden and mountains.

The food served at the hotel's restaurant is average and not particularly memorable.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. The location on a quiet side street was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The staff provided excellent service, from the welcoming check-in to the attentive room service. The room itself was well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. We also enjoyed the terrace and garden furniture, where we could relax and soak in the serene atmosphere.

During our stay at Parma E Oriente, the location was excellent, right in the center of town. The hotel had a lovely Italian flair and a nice atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. Our room had a little terrace and the bathroom was well equipped. The buffet-style breakfast offered plenty of delicious options. We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and terrace as well. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel for its great location and charming atmosphere.

Spent Easter at this hotel and had a great time! Loved the clean and spacious room with a view of the beautiful pool. the staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. the location was perfect, within easy reach of all the Easter festivities in town and surrounding areas. the breakfast was delicious, loved the freshly baked pastries and the variety of fruits.

That the shower could have been more powerful. But overall, had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again!
