This hotel is in a great location, handy to the Accademia bridge and with easy access to the water taxis. The rooms are comfortable and have a nice Venetian feel. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is good.

We loved the charming Venetian decor and the outside seating area for drinks or breakfast. The location was excellent, easily accessible and away from the tourist crowds. The canal view from our room was enchanting. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with a lovely ambiance in the panelled room. The hotel had a wonderful old-world feel with personal touches.

The location of this hotel is brilliant - with a garden both at the front and rear and views out to the Grand Canal. We loved the spacious and comfortable room, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. the Venetian style decor of the hotel added to the overall charm. It was also great to have an outdoor area where we could sit and have a drink or breakfast. the hotel's excellent location made it easy to access the Vaparetto and explore all the sights of Venice.

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and in a great position. the staff was delightful and made me feel very welcome. I loved the little wood fire with the newspapers and the games and books available. the breakfast was great and the garden was a beautiful place to enjoy a drink in the evening. the fact that the hotel was within walking distance of everything was a huge advantage, and my room even had a view of the grand canal!

My single bed wasn't the most comfortable, and I had a bit of trouble adjusting the temperature in the room. However, these were just minor issues and didn't take away from my overall experience.

We were enchanted by the lovely garden that surrounded Pensione Accademia - Villa Maravege. It was a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The location was convenient, with many bars and restaurants nearby, and the Academia bridge and vaporetto stop within walking distance. our stay was delightful and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient location near waterbuses and the Grand Canal. The clean and tastefully decorated hotel with beautiful gardens provided a peaceful escape from the city crowds. The free breakfast and complimentary Wi-Fi were great! the location was perfect: near all the major tourist attractions and easy to find. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean, which was a big plus.

The noise level was high and disturbing, and we could not sleep at all. there was no hot water in our room, which was extremely disappointing.
