The hotel's location was perfect for us, as it was nestled amidst peaceful surroundings, yet still within easy reach of the coast, the city of Siena, and charming villages. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive, providing us with great recommendations for exploring the area.

Polite and helpful personnel, nice breakfast, amazing outside pools with both cold and hot options. Spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, good showers. Great selection of baked goods and classic breakfast items. Helpful staff at the reception, multiple pools available with provided bathrobe, slippers, and pool towel.

Our stay at Mercure was absolutely fantastic. The facilities were impeccable, with spotless rooms and amazing pools. The views of the Tuscan hillside were breathtaking. The junior suite with a private terrace was the perfect addition to our honeymoon. We also enjoyed the relaxing spa treatments and the range of facilities, including indoor pools, a steam room, and a Turkish bath. we had a perfect stay at Mercure.

Although our stay was wonderful, we did encounter a few minor drawbacks. The food at dinner was not up to our expectations, especially considering it was an Italian chef.

The hotel itself was conveniently situated right at a motorway exit, making it very accessible for us. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a huge bathroom and the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. The staff at this hotel were top-notch, providing excellent service from the moment we arrived. We were particularly impressed with the attentive and friendly waitstaff, especially Daniel, who spoke English and helped us navigate the menu at the restaurant. In addition to the fantastic dining experience, the breakfast on the terrace was a delightful way to start each day.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay. The location, comfort, and quality of service provided make it truly worth a visit.

Great view and calm location. We enjoyed the spa facilities, particularly the thermal pool. the room was spacious and had a nice decoration.

Some parts of the hotel were outdated and need renovation. the hotel was far from the city center and we had to take public transportation or a taxi every time we wanted to go somewhere, which was a bit inconvenient.
