The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and very near to the metro. This made it extremely convenient for exploring and getting around. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were fantastic. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

The multiple codes required for gate, elevator, and apartment entry were inconvenient. The heating appliances were not allowed to be used after 10 or 11 PM, causing the heater to turn off during the night.
