Location couldn't be better! Just a stroll from attractions. The delightful staff provided excellent assistance with local tips and bookings, making our stay truly enjoyable.

Room temperature control was frustrating,, and some noise from nearby streets disrupted our sleep, impacting relaxation during our stay.

i nearly slept on the floor due to the lack of shelf space in the cramped bathroom. and not once did i receive an upgrade or even a complimentary water bottle for all my troubles. almost left a good review, but just couldn’t.

We adored our stay here! The location was unbeatable, just a short walk from Piazza Navona and all the main sights we wanted to explore, like the Vatican and the Trevi Fountain. The room was cozy, with a comfortable bed that made unwinding after a long day of sightseeing a true pleasure. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing us with great restaurant recommendations and local tips, while the breakfast spread was delightful, allowing us to fuel up each morning for our adventures.

The location was sweet as, heaps close to piazza Navona. Just wish the aircon worked better—it was chilly! Breakfast spread was decent, though!

Room temperature control was frustrating. the air conditioning didn't work properly during my visit. The bathroom's shower door leaked water onto the floor. Maintenance issues seem to be overlooked. updates are needed!!!

For a warm breakfast experience, request coffee in advance as it may not be readily available during busy hours. A small fridge would also be useful in the rooms.

The bed was lekker comfy, and the staff were like my chommies—always ready to help! I loved that our bags were already in the room when we checked in, such a nice touch after a long flight! Plus, brekkie was a feast. the variety was top-notch!

The location couldn’t be better, just steps from Piazza Navona. The spacious bathroom and dual sinks were a luxury. A welcome bottle of Malbec and chocolates added a nice personal touch. Although the pedestrian zone makes luggage transport tricky, taxis can drop you right at the entrance, making arrivals easier.
