I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in France. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the cathedral, restaurants, and even the pick-up point for our D-Day tour. The hotel had a peaceful oasis vibe, tucked away from the street in its own garden setting. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had a comfortable stay. Our room was quaint and had a lovely view. The hotel also had a beautiful backyard with tables and chairs where we could relax and enjoy the surroundings. The paid breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

Charming, spacious family room. Lovely common areas. Supremely charming breakfast area. Historic and elegant ambiance. Friendly and welcoming staff. Beautiful hidden garden. Large family room with proper beds for kids. Kids eat free for breakfast. Plenty of parking and pretty garden.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just outside the busy city center but still within walking distance to bars, restaurants, and the cathedral. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with well-appointed rooms and an excellent bathroom. The breakfast catered to a variety of needs and was delicious. Another great feature was the locked garage, which provided secure parking for my car. Despite being centrally located, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.

Breakfast is abundant and satisfying with hot options included. The staff is friendly and helpful, with fluency in English. Safe and secure car park on premises.

This hotel is amazingly located right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all major sites like the famous tapestry museum. Plus, it is conveniently situated right across from the local farmers market, making it ideal for exploring the local culture and cuisine. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to assist guests, providing excellent service throughout the stay. Additionally, the breakfast offers a delicious variety of options to start the day off right.

The hotel lacks some modern updates that could enhance the overall experience.

I had an amazing stay at this gorgeous hotel in Bayeux. the family suite room at D'Argouges was stunning, with a modern bathroom that was the size of a whole room! the lobby and garden were equally beautiful, and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious choices. the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, even making dinner reservations for me. a grand experience that I would definitely recommend.

Just returned from a marvelous stay at Hotel D'Argouges. The hotel and garden are stunning, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The family room with an extra space for our youngest was fantastic. The nearby patisserie was perfect for meals, and the garden area was a lovely spot for drinks. Highly recommended!

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The breakfast offered a delicious variety of options. The best part of my stay was the helpful and friendly manager, Frederic, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience. He even provided restaurant recommendations for my next destination. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.

This hotel is perfectly located right in the center of town, with a lovely town square just across the street. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and we loved the newly remodeled bathroom with updated baths. The breakfast was simply delicious, with plenty of options to choose from like granola, assorted breads, and coffee served in nice big mugs.

All was just as it should be.

The location was ideal, allowing me to easily explore the Normandy beaches. The breakfast spread was delicious, with hot scrambled eggs, sausage, and a variety of fresh pastries. What a fantastic experience! We stayed in a recently renovated room that was spacious and clean. the rain shower in the bathroom was a luxurious touch. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the main attractions in the area. We loved that there was a delicious breakfast available every morning, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Plus, the beautiful terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy a drink. a wonderful stay.

There were a couple of downsides. there was no elevator in the hotel, which made it a bit difficult to carry our bags up to our room.
