Handy location, helpful staff, great cafe, spacious business room, clean.

For us it was ideal.

The location of the hotel is great for Kassem, Tamara, and Abdulrahman. They can find many restaurants just downstairs and there are plenty of shops nearby. It is also conveniently close to ABC Mall. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with new and nicely decorated furniture. The staff are amazing and very friendly. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast. The hotel provides a good value for the price and is located near the airport.

The cleaning service needs improvement.

The hotel's location next to the ABC mall is incredibly convenient. We were able to shop, dine, and explore with ease. The staff, including the General Manager Mohammed and sales Cristal, were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start our day. We appreciated the efforts of the staff, such as Karam, Shahan, Mohammad, Iskander, Elia.

Great staff, always helpful and friendly. The honesty of the cleaner was admirable, as they found and returned the money I had lost. The location was excellent, right next to a mall and close to the airport.

The hotel did not have any parking and the parking provided in the mall was expensive. Other hotels I have stayed in offer free parking.

We recently stayed at the Radisson Blu in Verdun and had an amazing experience. The staff, including Mr. Mohammed at the front desk, were friendly and professional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The hotel's location is perfect, with shopping malls, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the restaurant staff were also very friendly. We will definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

I had a very nice stay at Radisson Blu. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore other areas of the city on foot. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. The shower had strong water pressure, and I enjoyed the diverse breakfast options. The hotel also has a café downstairs, a mall across the street, and a pharmacy and supermarket nearby. Taxis are readily available at the hotel's door.

The limited choices at breakfast were a minor drawback.

Traveling with 2 kids, the hotel location was super convenient as we could just cross to the ABC mall for a quick bite or stroll. The staff were very helpful and accommodating of all our requests. The rooms were comfortable and the beds and pillows were perfect. On top of this, you are across the road from a great shopping center with excellent restaurants and cinemas. A lovely experience in the heart of the Verdun district.

The breakfast buffet had a variety of options, including vegetarian and vegan choices. The location is convenient, with a mall nearby and easy access to other attractions in the city.
