The hotel had a great location, very close to the city center and all the main attractions. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.

One downside of the hotel was that the rooms tended to be on the hotter side, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep at night. Another issue was that the lights in the room were a bit confusing to operate and would turn off every 15 seconds at times, which was quite frustrating.

The room at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The double bed was huge and super comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless and had all the toiletries we needed. We also loved the big balcony, even though it was empty. The spa was mind-blowing, with a small jacuzzi, Turkish bath, and sauna. And oh, the breakfast! It was jaw-droppingly delicious, with a massive selection of food. The hotel's location was GREAT, as it was close to the metro station and they even called a taxi for us. The staff were really helpful too.
